Delivered on time. Very good beds.

Nimmy was so efficient and helpful about my return wish this customer service was the same everywhere.

We had seen the Yawn Airbed on TV and thought it would be ideal for a spare room. It is absolutely brilliant, as they say it does what says on the tin. When it arrived we unpacked it and had it up in less than 4 minutes. I couldn’t believe how comfortable it was. Fantastic sleep and efortless to deflate.

There were some issues with the next day delivery of my fan. Ben from customer services helped with this issue and turned the situation around. Thank you Ben!

I ordered my tower fan cooler and mini tower fan cooler on Wednesday for next day delivery. Doesn't arrive ??‍♂️ No communication from them so I ring up Friday and speak to a lady and she assures me I'll be getting a dispatch email that evening and it'll be delivered on Saturday. Try to call them Saturday but of corse you guys don't work weekends, probably out spending all the 'next day delivery' money you rob from people. It's now Tuesday and still not received the fan coolers. ??‍♂️ I wanted these fans for the hot weather over the weekend and early this week but who knows when I'll receive them. Disgraceful service!!! Still not received a reply from customer service after I emailed them! Hopefully my review will stop people using this company!

I ordered what I'd hoped was a table I could do my jigsaw puzzles on,and fold away once I'd finished. This is a great table but I'd underestimated the size of my puzzle board and had to request a refund. The customer service team were helpful and polite, and the entire process was a delight. Many thanks to the team

I'm not sure were to start but it was a fantastic experience with the Senior customer service agent Ben. He not only showed empathy and compassion but he replaced my Cool air fan for me such a complete gentleman and an asset to the company Highstreet. Ben you're a diamond and I thank so much for your help and kindness ? you Brought back goodness is this unforgivable World ?

After a short hiccup with the table express delivery, the company High Street TV processed the item very quickly and it is proving very useful and does all the function superbly. Very pleased and would highly recommend "High Street TV" as a excellent company.

Just bought a smartair fan. We’re absolutely thrilled with it. 40* outside but we’re comfortable and cool. Geoff in customer service is fabulous
